Our advisors are career development experts and provide deep insights into career opportunities, market trends, and employment conditions.

They come from diverse backgrounds in terms of age, education, and experience, with a mix of Danish and, in some cases, international business experience.

Each advisor has a career foundation spanning operational, tactical, and strategic levels, bringing years of experience across various sectors and a naturally extensive network.

This allows us to create the right match between the advisor and the executive, manager, or employee.

When assigning an advisor to a job candidate, we consider the candidate’s tenure, position, education, and language skills.

As a job candidate, you’ll be paired with a dedicated primary advisor. If additional support is needed during the process, whether for supplementary guidance, interview training, or in case of illness, we have a strong backup advisor available.
