Our outplacement is for everyone, whether you have one or several employees, whether you’re unskilled, skilled, white-collar, academics, or leaders. We match each candidate with the right experienced advisor.

The price for an outplacement program is less than a month’s salary. The average time to find a new job is 4.7 months. Salary during the notice period can often be saved.

Our advisors have an average tenure at Makio of 6.6 years and solid professional experience.

Our tools are tried and tested, continuously developed, and updated over our 25 years in the industry.

Last but not least, it’s about chemistry and much more than just resumes and applications.
