Move On – Outplacement You Can Rely On from End to End is our most popular program, designed to support employees from their resignation to starting a new job, education, self-employment, or retirement—indeed, up to 100 days into their new role. This ensures that the employee is empowered both personally and professionally.
The program focuses on individualized career development through counseling, workshops, networking, and digital tools.
Our experienced advisors approach each job candidate with humility, presence, professionalism, and courage. This approach is aimed at empowering each candidate to find the perfect job suited to them.
As an employee facing a transition, you will gain confidence, become aware of your strengths and weaknesses, and receive guidance in finding your dream job. Our method includes intensive support with weekly meetings of about 1½ hours, as well as ad hoc online support from a dedicated advisor and career coach.
